Otros como Oliverio Garc\u00eda Rodas hacen defensas t\u00e9cnicas y profundas de las Reformas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Garc\u00eda Rodas argumenta que si bien la\u00a0Constituci\u00f3n asegura igualdad, cuando hay grupos vulnerables como los ind\u00edgenas la Constituci\u00f3n debe elevar al individuo, ese es su fin. Agreg\u00f3 que aprobar los cambios es impostergable e indiscutible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Otros congresistas\u00a0argumentaron que el Congreso est\u00e1 en deuda con los
