Lo m\u00e1s probable es que esperemos lo mejor de los dem\u00e1s, y nos veamos a nosotros mismos y nuestras capacidades bajo una luz positiva\u201d, se\u00f1ala la autora de \u2018Practica el pensamiento positivo\u2019.<br \/>\n\u201cSomos optimistas y esperamos un resultado propicio para acontecimientos del porvenir, pero eso no significa que dejemos de ser realistas: somos conscientes de que las cosas no siempre salen bien, pero si surgen problemas, en vez de regodearnos en ellos, seremos m\u00e1s propensos a buscarles soluciones positivas\u201d, a\u00f1ade.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCuando pensamos de manera positiva, intentamos tambi\u00e9n sacar algo provechoso de la experiencia, reconociendo que las situaciones complicadas y dif\u00edciles, a menudo, tienen alg\u00fan aspecto positivo, y nos sentiremos capaces de dominar la situaci\u00f3n con \u00e9xito\u201d, argumenta.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCada d\u00eda nos asaltan multitud de pensamientos. Algunos pueden ser constructivos, otros neutros, y otros negativos. Esos pensamiento, nuestro di\u00e1logo interior, dirigen nuestra acciones y comportamiento, pero raramente somos conscientes o los controlamos, aceptando simplemente lo que nuestra mente \u201cnos responder y de comportarnos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCuando aceptamos y soltamos los pensamientos negativos y poco \u00fatiles, nos liberamos de los aspectos emocionales a lo que se asocian y que nos hacen sentir mal, como el miedo, la culpa, la preocupaci\u00f3n, la ansiedad\u2026 De ese modo permitimos que la parte l\u00f3gica y racional de nuestra mente empiece a pensar de manera m\u00e1s positiva y
